Usually when I do red ad black (my favorite colors!) I make it a Wisconsin wallet. I decided this guy could stand on his own.
The base of this wallet is a plain black fabric with an overlay of a red sequined fabric. The trim is from a red silk and rayon velvet scarf that I hand dyed. The combination of the two is stunning.
The inside of the wallet is one of my own red hand dyed fabrics. I couldn't resist adding this black and white polka dot fabric to the base of the inside so the polka dots just peeked out.
With a roomy interior that neatly organizes bills, card and other essentials, it can be tossed in a tote or carried solo as a clutch.
